Renewing Your Membership

1. On the ARTA Main Customer Information Page – choose from one of the ARTA Membership Selections. You can renew your membership for a period of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years. Once you have your membership renewal selection – click on the Order and Payment button.

2. Press the Process Credit Card button (highlighted in red) to finalize your order.

The Credit Card Authorization dialog will appear. Click on the button immediately below your order details – to go to the secure payment website.

3. On the Secure banking site (image below) – Enter your credit card details. Click on the Process Transaction button to complete the order. A Transaction Approval page will be displayed.

4. Click the Print button on the Transaction Approval page – to Print and save for your records.

REMINDER: If you are an Education Sector member enrolled in the ARTA Retiree Benefits Plan and you have signed the Amendment to Pre-authorized Debit Agreement, you no longer need to renew your membership each year – your membership fee is automatically withdrawn along with your Benefits Plan premiums for your convenience.
