Enrolling in the ARTA Retiree Benefits Plan is easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Get the appropriate application form
  2. Complete the application form online (or print it and complete it by hand)
  3. Send in your completed form to ARTA’s head office

Keep in mind! Apply Early!

It’s recommended to apply early, before your existing benefits coverage terminates, so that everything is in place when you need it. Plus, if you apply within 60 days of the end of your existing coverage, your acceptance will be guaranteed for Emergency Travel coverage without a medical exam! (Note: there cannot be a gap in coverage for this guarantee to apply.)

Late in Applying?  If you apply more than 60 days after the end of your existing coverage, you may still qualify for an Extended Health Care plan with Emergency Travel coverage, but you will have to complete a medical questionnaire.
