Process Change: Greater than 100-Day Medication Supply
As of September 1, 2018, you will no longer need to submit a Greater than 100-Day Supply form to the ARTA Retiree Benefits Plan when you wish to request a larger supply of medication for a trip.
Whether you’re leaving the country or just exploring your home province, you’ll be able to submit your request directly to your pharmacist without any additional paperwork. Your pharmacist will manage the request for you right at the pharmacy.
While a form is no longer needed, we still encourage you to provide your pharmacist with as much notice as possible before your departure date to ensure they have enough time and supply to fill your request—we suggest providing at least five days’ notice.
Now all that’s left to do is enjoy your next great adventure!
