ARTA Phone Policy Improvements
As of April 16, 2021, we have a new policy in place that will help us respond to member calls more quickly. When calling ARTA, those with claims-related inquiries will be prompted to dial “2” to be connected directly to Green Shield Canada, ARTA’s claims adjudicator.
Green Shield Canada will be able to respond to questions related to claims which have already been submitted, as well as the amounts paid on those claims. ARTA will still be the main contact for members with questions about new claims, or who require assistance navigating the online claims portal.
This policy will reduce ARTA’s call volumes and allow members to receive service more quickly. As our call volumes decline, we will begin the move back to live service. Thank you for your patience and support during this transition, it has made all the difference.
