Virtual Access to Convenient Professional Care
The new Virtual Care service provides support from qualified medical doctors in real time, via video or teleconference, ensuring members receive the most appropriate care based on their specific needs and symptoms, while eliminating the logistics and long wait times associated with unnecessary emergency room visits.
Online Portal for Quicker, Easier Claims Submission
Our new, user-friendly Allianz online Claims Portal (allianz-assistanceclaims.ca) provides a smooth, efficient way for members to submit and track the status of their claim. Claims can be submitted through the online Claims Portal for a wide range of benefits, including trip cancellation, interruption, and delay, as well as for out-of-pocket emergency medical expenses.
Please note that in the case of medical emergencies, members are still encouraged to contact Allianz before seeking treatment whenever possible so we can provide you with a referral for optimal treatment and arrange billing on your behalf whenever possible.
