ARTA Photo Contest 2026 - Open for Entries

The annual photo contest is a chance for ARTA members to exercise creative muscles and show off their photographic artwork.

Photos can be submitted for one, or more, of four categories. All ARTA members (regular or affiliate) are eligible to enter. Please include the ARTA membership number on the official entry form. ARTA membership must be in good standing.

We have two entry divisions for members.

Novice - division for any member that has not previously won in any category
Master - division for previous winners in any category

2026 Categories

Travel Photos of your travel adventures, wherever they took you. Show us a new perspective of the things you have seen around the world.
Movement Show movement in the world around you. This could be getting around your favourite city or dancing around. Get a little artistic with it.
Simple Joys Sometimes it's those little things that really bring a smile to your face. Show us what simple joys light up your life.
Beauty in Chaos Capture moments where life is messy, unpredictable scenes may reveal an unexpected sense of beauty.
